Hi friends! I'm excited to invite you to participate in my upcoming 30-Day 'Set Sail' Challenge starting on November 1, 2023. I've designed this unique challenge to help you invest just 30 minutes each day to improve your mental/physical health, stay motivated, and focus on your individual goals. As a Recovery Coach, I frequently hear people looking for ways to create better habits and take steps to improve their well-being - here is a perfect, low-cost opportunity to do exactly that.

Good news - November is a perfect time to set things in motion - or as I like to say 'set sail' as captain of your ship! Join the challenge and instill healthier habits before you begin to navigate the busy holiday season AND set yourself up to sail into the New Year in a stronger mental headspace - with more clarity about what you truly want from 2024 (and beyond). By the end of the month, you'll be able to look back at 30 days of self-improvement and feel proud of what you accomplished every day!

Here are the 'Set Sail' Challenge Details:

  • Duration: 30 days, starting from November 1st and through to November 30, 2023.

  • Time Commitment: Only 30 minutes per day! 

  • Objective: To work daily towards self-improvement and personal growth.

  • Content: New exclusive content will be released weekly throughout the month of November, focusing on various aspects of life such as health, relationships, career, and more.

  • Benefits: By participating in this challenge, you will gain valuable insights, practical tips, and actionable steps to enhance your well-being and achieve your goals.

 

How to Join:

  1. Fill out the form below to sign up for the challenge by October 31, 2023.

  2. You'll receive a tracker that you can print and post to keep yourself accountable to your 30-minute daily activity

  3. Each week in November, you'll receive an email with exclusive content and ideas. You can use the content or invest your 30-minutes in the way that best suits you - fitness, health, or personal development.

  4. There will also be a Facebook Group that you can join. This is where you can engage with the community by sharing your progress, insights, and experiences. I'll also post links to activities and ideas.

  5. For those who want to share on Instagram, the hashtag is #30DaySetSailChallenge.

There is a small fee associated with this - really to cover the resources that I've invested in and will be sharing with you all over the 30 days.
